This policy describes the modbusAI website demo-request and contact workflows.
What information we collect
When you request a demo, we collect the details you provide on the Request Demo form: full name, company name, industry, country, state or region, city, address, email address, phone number, job title or department, intended use, device count, any additional message, privacy consent, and optional marketing consent.
Why we collect it
We use this information to evaluate and fulfill your demo request, contact you about your evaluation, send the secure demo download email when appropriate, and provide support. Product update messages are sent only where consent has been provided.
How demo requests are processed
Submitted demo requests are validated and stored by the website. A secure, time-limited download token can be generated and emailed to the submitted address. Download attempts may be logged to protect the service and enforce token rules.
Email delivery
The website can send internal notification emails and demo download emails using the configured server-side SMTP settings. Configuration secrets are not exposed in public pages.
Retention and deletion
Demo request records are retained as needed to provide support and follow up on evaluations, unless deletion is requested or a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion by contacting info@modbusai.com.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We may use service providers for email delivery, hosting, storage, monitoring, or related operational needs, solely to provide and protect the service.
