Demo software terms of use
1. License grant
ELPRO Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the modbusAI Demo Edition solely for evaluating the software.
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or use the demo software for any production or commercial purpose. The demo software is provided for evaluation only.
3. No warranty
The demo software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELPRO Solutions is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the demo software.
5. Term and termination
This license is effective until terminated. ELPRO Solutions may terminate it at any time if you violate these terms.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
